Refund policy
At 'Officer's Collection Sarees', we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Custom-made products, white garments, clearance items, or discounted products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at officerscollectionsarees@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.). If you paid via cash-on-delivery (COD), refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
- Product Exchanges: We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if you would like a different size or color. Please initiate the exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer you store credit or a refund.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
